"We ordered a DVR800 system. It was well packed and arrived in good order. I was surprised at the excellent quality of construction -- better than I expected. Also, it was NICE to receive a comprehensive PRINTED manual and FULL BACKUP software disks. This system was a replacement for my 7-year old DVR1000, and was relatively easy to install and get going since I already had some experience with older software. There are so many new features, it will take a while to be able to use all of them. I am anxious to try an automatic PTZ camera and see how the programming features work."
